Mental health is very close to my heart. After the early success of my homemade cooking startups, I took a giant stride to enter the restaurant business with premium cuisines. Still, the company needed to pick up as expected. I had terrible financial difficulties to shut it down with a hefty financial loss, and the shock sent me into a dreadful state of mind. For the first time, I felt alone, and the world was not a place for me.
But I came back out of depression due to education, financial support and self-belief. What occurs to me is that my family has no clue how to help me, as there are plenty of places for physical fitness but very few for mental wellness.
That is when I feel to build Amendcare — your mind our care.
